Dr. Chinyere Almona is the CEO of Vantage Coaching & Consulting Services, with an extensive professional network across Africa. She is a governance professional with a strong vision and enthusiasm in helping clients, particularly SMEs, adopt good CG practices. She aims to help business leaders, particularly SME owners/managers, achieve greater holistic success levels through leadership coaching, training, and consulting services.

With over 28 years of diversified experience in various roles, she was the head of the Africa Corporate Governance Program at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group. The program provided various corporate governance reforms across 13 African countries. Before joining the IFC, Dr. Almona was a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, leading the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Practice, which she established.

Dr. Almona has led various CG reforms in the African region, including developing governance frameworks for SMEs. She is passionate about the role of governance in supporting SMEs to grow and contribute significantly to their respective country’s economy.
She is a published author, an international speaker, a certified leadership coach, and an accredited trainer.
